What type of vegetables are you growing in the winter that thrive or are an important part of your diet?
Recently I had a lot of deer problems, and unfortunately, much of my main prized cabbage and cauliflower were eaten. In fact, they even went for my garlic which I never expected.
However, the leafy greens such as mizunam spinach, salad greens, chingensai and daikon were luckily spared. Those are perfect items for a winter hot pot.
